Sign your final PDF with a certificate

Use your own password-protected RSA signing certificate to add a cryptographic signature to a final PDF. This is separate from drawing a visual signature.

Open certificate signing →

How it works

  1. Finish editing and choose an unsigned PDF up to 20 MB.
  2. Choose your RSA .p12 or .pfx certificate up to 1 MB, enter its password, and confirm that you are authorized to use it.
  3. Sign locally, save the result, and check the signature and certificate trust in your PDF reader. Do not edit the signed export.

Before you start

Certificate trust depends on its issuer and the recipient’s PDF reader. No trusted timestamp, revocation check, long-term validation or qualified-signature service is included. Existing signatures are not supported. The certificate, private key and password are used in this browser.

Keep your original file and review the saved result before sharing.

This tool processes document contents in your browser. Account, saved-workflow and billing data are handled separately. Your files do not transfer between browsers or devices.
