Billing and cancellation

New File Nest Pro subscriptions cost $39 USD per year, billed annually. They renew each year until canceled. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed price and billing schedule; check Manage subscription for your plan details.

The File Nest Pro is intended for customers in the United States.

Manage your subscription

  1. Open Account and sign in using the same method and account used for your purchase. Email sign-in and ChatGPT sign-in are separate accounts; purchases do not transfer automatically.
  2. Choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal for that account.
  3. Review the available cancellation option and effective date, then confirm your choice in the portal.
  4. Return to The File Nest and choose Refresh account. Check for the cancellation status and paid-through date.

Canceling renewal keeps Pro available through the confirmed paid period. Closing this website or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

Check purchase access

A checkout success page alone does not unlock Pro. The File Nest checks payment and subscription status before granting access.

If payment confirmation is still pending, refresh your account instead of purchasing again. Owner preview is labeled separately and is not a paid subscription.

What Pro adds

Batch PDF processing, reusable settings and saved workflows, plus an organized ZIP and a per-file completion report. Everyday local PDF tools remain available without a Pro subscription.

Refund requests

Refunds are available for technical problems that prevent a paid Pro feature from working as described and that we cannot resolve through reasonable troubleshooting.

Email thefilenest025@gmail.com with your File Nest account email, a description of the problem and any error message. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or your original documents.

Changing your mind, not using Pro or canceling renewal does not by itself qualify for a refund. This does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
